Some lessons arrive gently, others hit like a storm. You will learn that butterflies are beautiful, but peace feels safer.

Rushing into love is easy. Waiting for the right kind of love take real strength.

Love doesn't always stay. Sometimes it leaves and the greatest lesson is learning how to stay with yourself.

You have to listen when actions don't match with words.

True love is not about how someone makes you feel but it's about how they help you become better, and how you do the same for them.

Heartbreak doesn't break you. It reveals you. Because it brings about clarity.

Consistency will always speak louder than sweet promises.

The most important lesson you should learn is that love should add to your peace, not steal it.

What's that lesson you are learning right now you can choose to say it or keep it in.

All I just know is that I'm still here for you guys until God says it time.

Your eyes are heavy, but you cannot rest. Your mind keeps racing even when your body begs for sleep. This is the life of one who carries human life in their hands.

They work like warriors in white coats. From the first light of dawn till the dead of night, they move between wards, theatres, and emergency rooms. Restless souls who answer every call.

When emergency strikes loud and unforgiving, they run. No time for fear, No time for doubt. Scalpel, suction, clamp, defibrillator. Their hands become extensions of hope. Their minds calculate at lightning speed, “Push Epinephrine, He's crashing and also Stay with me”

They are restless because lives don't wait. They are restless because tomorrow is not promised.

And yet, there are the nights they give everything, every skill, every prayer, every drop of knowledge. And still the patient slips away.

In that moment, the strongest hands tremble. The sharpest mind goes quiet. The heart that fought so hard breaks in silence. They carry the heavy words “ We did everything we could but still we lost him/her” . While trying to stay strong for the family outside.

This is the unseen scar every doctor and surgeon bears,the quiet grief they swallow with professionalism.

But still they return, to the theatre, to the ward, to the next emergency with their instruments. The scalpel that cuts to heal, the stethoscope that listens to secret the patient cannot speak. The suture that joins what life tried to tear apart. The monitor that speaks when the real heart grows weak.

These are not just tools but extensions of the human will to fight death.

So here's to the doctors, To the surgeons, to the restless healers standing between us and the end.

You who win some battles and lose others. Thank you for still showing up and thank you again for carrying hope even when your own is bleeding.

You are not god's, but sometimes you do the work of god's.

You will be able to think straight that where I'm I lacking, what is really my purpose, who are those people I called friends and they choose to betray me.

Let's me tell you things that you must always remember.

1. Beside your parents that is your driver into this world, your life lies in your hands

2. Don't belittle yourself

3. If somebody do not appreciate your presence in their lives, others will

4. You are somebody waiting to be welcome by the person who values you

5. If you are comprising too much for people others will take it for granted. So you must do these things:

• Fight when you are suppose to fight

• Defend yourself

• Stand for justice, let's the world know that you are not a pushover.

For those that need this word of advice and to those that it may eventually work for, I hope you will eventually reclaim your light.

At times… If you don't choose the right person you'll end up gathering heartbreak like old souvenirs.

Rush into a relationship like it's a splint or race and later you'll be rushing out the same way

Scars still fresh and bleeding, Lessons still unlearned.

Every crisis, every goodbye, leaves behind one or two quiet teachings. “Next time, don't make the same mistake”.

Emotions shout loud but they never lie sometimes.

It's so easy to fall, crush, get butterflies, late night texts. But getting heartbroken? That's the part nobody warns you about.

If you ever ask me “What does love mean to me” I'll say love is a bond that ties two or more soul's together.

Even when one leaves this earth, the rest of the family will feel the ache… but life will still go on.

This is my love diary.
